Cancellation Policy
$50 deposit requested to protect you and the business for no shows. The deposit is carried over to the balance of the scheduled service. If arriving late, please notify us thru SMS (text) message at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late is considered a no-show and will forfeit your deposit and appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a late fee or equal to $50 deposit.
