Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. By booking an appointment and making a payment through our website, permanenthouseofbeauty.ca, you agree to our refund policy as outlined below.

2. Deposits & No-Show Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Deposits help minimize no-shows and ensure availability for all clients including but not limited to pre-procedure preparation.

• If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel outside the allowed time frame, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling due to emergencies.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• If rescheduling is requested within the allowed time frame, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

4. Service Refunds

• Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

• If you experience an adverse reaction or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment for an evaluation.

• Any adjustments or touch-ups may be provided at the discretion of Permanent House of Beauty Ltd., but they are not guaranteed.

5. Online Payments & Processing Fees

• All online payments are processed securely through Wix’s third-party payment processors.

• Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

• If a refund is issued under exceptional circumstances, any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Gift Cards & Promotional Services

• Gift cards and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
