At Permanent House of Beauty Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality services, including Ombre eyebrows tattoo, eyeliner enhancement tattoo, lip blush tattoo, laser hair removal, and eyebrow tattoo removal. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. By booking an appointment and making a payment through our website, permanenthouseofbeauty.ca, you agree to our refund policy as outlined below.
2. Deposits & No-Show Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits help minimize no-shows and ensure availability for all clients including but not limited to pre-procedure preparation.

If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel outside the allowed time frame, your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergencies may be considered at management's discretion only.

Any cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit.

If rescheduling is requested within the allowed time frame, the deposit may be transferred ONCE to a new appointment date.

Only ONE reschedule is allowed per booking. Any second reschedule, repeated changes, or multiple cancellations will result in automatic forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of notice period or reason.

No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will forfeit the full deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Late arrivals of 10-15 minutes or more may result in shortened service or cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded, in order to avoid delaying other clients.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable as they secure your reserved time slot and compensate for lost business opportunities.

Appointment slots are reserved exclusively for you. Once booked, that time cannot be given to other clients on short notice.

By confirming your appointment and sending a deposit, you automatically agree to this cancellation policy. No exceptions.

The business reserves the right to refuse future bookings from clients with repeated cancellations, no-shows, or policy violations.

Last-minute cancellations and repeated rescheduling directly affect our ability to serve others and result in financial loss. These rules ensure fairness, professionalism, and respect for both our clients and our business.
4. Service Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

If you experience an adverse reaction or dissatisfaction, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment for an evaluation.

Any adjustments or touch-ups may be provided at the discretion of Permanent House of Beauty Ltd., but they are not guaranteed.
5. Online Payments & Processing Fees

All online payments are processed securely through Wix’s third-party payment processors.

Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued under exceptional circumstances, any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
6. Gift Cards & Promotional Services

Gift cards and promotional services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
